We love positive feedback from our customers

5th Jul 2016

Last month a customer of ours in Farnham, Surrey required a speedy solution as their current waste compactor was having issues and they required a replacement machine.

After the installation we received this email from the Transport Manager…

“We spoke a couple of times yesterday/today regarding our compactor problems. I deal with a lot of problems/companies on a day to day basis and like to give credit where it is due. You called and told me a replacement machine would be with me today and I must admit I was sceptical after dealing with Miltek for several years!

You confirmed the delivery of the machine this morning and it arrived at the appointed time. The driver/technician M.Nash was polite friendly and helpful (a far cry from Mil-tek days) and I was happy to help him unload the machine. All in all an incredible service thank you very much. Please feel free to pass this on to anyone else involved in this.”

A what we like to call ‘champagne moment’ for all involved in this successful process.
