As part of our free site survey service, we'll arrange to visit your premises and recommend the most appropriate machine for your waste. In most cases, we'll also be able to offer you a free trial first (subject to availability and some geographical restrictions). What Does A QCR Rental Include?

Free delivery and installation

We offer free delivery of our rented recycling equipment to the majority of the UK with only some more remote areas where this isn't currently possible. Our highly experienced and accredited team of technicians will also install your chosen equipment and provide training to get you off to a flying start. You needn't worry about deciding on the most efficient location for it as this can be discussed at our free, no-obligation site survey service.

Free ongoing operator training for your team

We recognise staff and processes continuously change in a business, therefore we offer free baler and compactor operator training at any time during your contract. This training can be in person, over a video call or by viewing one of our online training videos and will always be organised at a time to suit you. When opting for baler rental, we'll also supply you with the necessary method statements, risk assessments and training certification to ensure your operators can use the machine efficiently and safely.

Upgrade your equipment during your contract with no administration fees

Some companies charge administration fees if you need to make changes during your contract but the good news is, QCR doesn't! We understand that every business has the drive to expand, and with expansion comes more waste. If you outgrow your baler or compactor, you can upgrade to a larger baler, or take on additional equipment without having to start a new contractual term or pay an administration fee.

At QCR, our hire plans include free site planning (helping you to choose the most efficient location for your equipment), free equipment installation & delivery by one of our trained engineers, free operator training throughout your contract, risk assesments and regular maintenance & service checks at a convenient time.

Inflation-proof fixed cost hire terms

In general, our baler hire terms are 2, 3, 4 or 5 years. However if you need a shorter term, we'll try to find a solution for you. Whatever length of contract you choose, the price you pay remains fixed throughout your contractual term. No sneaky annual price hikes here!

UK Recycling Equipment hire service

For waste, look no further than our nationwide compactor or baler rental services which we've been providing in the UK since 1999. We have 3 hire centres across the UK enabling us to offer machine rental to the majority of postcodes in the UK. Our hire centres are not open to the public however, in most cases we'll be able to offer your business a free equipment trial at your own site on completion of a site survey with one of our team.

Collection of baled recyclable materials from your hired baler

If you don't already have arrangements in place, we can introduce you to our trusted network of local recyclers and waste carriers who can collect your bales of waste. Depending on your location, bale quality, bale size and quantity, this bale collection could free of charge. Better still, for customers producing large quantities of good quality bales you could even get paid for them. We can provide guidance on the current market prices for bales and the ideal specification to maximise your rebates at a free site survey.

Fast repair response and reduced down time

Our equipment is reliable and durable but in the unlikely event that your machine stops working, we have a dedicated service team who are ready to take your call. Most issues can normally be sorted over the phone but if a repair is necessary we will aim to be at site within 72 hours to get it back up and running. We're also Safe Contractor accredited, giving you added reassurance that we take health & safety seriously.
