1. Is Training Provided?
Unlimited, free ongoing baler training sessions are included in the rental price and are available at any time during your contract. This training course is delivered in person by one of our own specialists and will be arranged for a time that suits you. We'll supply you with risk assessments, the necessary method statements, and training certification to ensure your staff can use the cardboard baler safely and efficiently.
2. Is Maintenance Included in the Rental?
We conduct regular service checks on your machine as part of the hire package. The instruction manual supplied with the machine will detail any checks that you'll need to make.
3. Is Technical Support Available?
We have our own nationwide large maintenance and service team who are dedicated and aim to respond to any breakdown within 72 hours. Our response times are often much quicker than this and some issues can be sorted over the phone. 80% of our team drive electric vehicles allowing us to visit businesses located in cities and more rurally. Plus our team are SafeContractor™ approved for added assurance that they will act professionally when they are visiting your premises.
4. Is Banding or Wires Included?
No, but banding and wires can be easily purchased online from our shop securely with a debit or credit card.
