QCR Wide Aperture Cardboard Shredder - 3 Phase

The QCR Cardboard Shredder (3-phase) is a robust machine for high volume users which is able to quickly turn your cardboard boxes into environmentally friendly high quality cardboard packing materials for your order fulfilment teams.

Unlike some models on the market, you do not need to cut your pieces of cardboard to a specific size prior to using it as it simultaneously trims and perforates your cardboard pieces. Pieces of cardboard are shredded upto 425mm wide, if your cardboard is wider it will be automatically trimmed off. You can also make custom-made packaging materials by using the sliding measuring bar on top of the machine to choose the width of shredding you require.

This heavy-duty machine can shred virtually all triple & double walled cardboard boxes into 2 types of cardboard packaging:

• Honeycomb packing mesh for the careful wrapping of objects
• Volumised packaging material for filling the gaps around objects

We recommend you choose this 3-phase option if you are a high volume user. If you don't plan to use it frequently, you could consider the Single Phase or even the Desktop version.

It is portable as it has wheels on the base so can be easily moved around your workplace depending on the needs of your order processing team.
