QCR Wide Aperture Cardboard Shredder - Single Phase

The QCR Cardboard Shredder is a heavy-duty free standing machine able to quickly turn your cardboard boxes into environmentally friendly high quality packing materials for your order fulfilment teams.

Unlike some models on the market, you do not need to trim your cardboard to a specific size prior to using it as it simultaneously cuts and perforates your waste cardboard. Pieces of cardboard are processed upto 425mm wide, if your piece is wider it will be automatically trimmed off. You can also make bespoke sized packaging materials by using the sliding measuring scale on top of the machine to select the width of material you require.

It can shred virtually all triple & double walled cardboard boxes into 2 types of cardboard packaging:

• Honeycomb packing mats for wrapping objects
• Volumised packaging material for void-filling

This model is the Single Phase (240v) version. However, if you wish to use it consistently throughout the day we recommend you choose the 3-phase option as it has a more powerful motor.

It has a simple control panel. Changing the cushioning settings during operation is also possible. It has castors on the base so can be easily moved around your workplace depending on the needs of your despatch team.
