1. Do you collect bales?
We don’t collect the bales ourselves, but we’ve built strong working relationships with bale collection companies in the West Midlands region. We introduce all our QCR customers to our contacts or you can partner with your own recycler. We’ll also give you advice to help maximise the value of your bales.
2. Do you provide waste baler training?
We provide comprehensive training to enable your team to bale waste safely. Training is delivered in-person on the day of installation but you're also welcome to book follow-up sessions for anyone that needs a refresher. Following the session, all operators will sign a training record and will be supplied with a full instruction manual. We recommend booking refresher training for your team every 3-5 years.
3. Do you sell banding?
Banding for your baler can be purchased from QCR. QCR sell banding in extra long rolls measuring 350 metres in length. Our best prices are available online. Once you have set-up an online account, re-ordering banding stock is very simple and secure. We despatch orders 5 days a week.
4. What size of baler does my business need?
As part of our waste baler pre-delivery service, we perform a detailed assessment of your waste and premises to recommend the right size of baler for your space. All customers have the option to upgrade to a larger machine mid-contract if they wish without penalty.
