QCR Mixed Waste Compactor

The QCR Mixed Waste Compactor uses powerful force to both compact and consolidate waste material into sacks for disposal. It features a rotary arm which uses circulatory force and high pressure to densify many types of waste significantly reducing the space needed for storage and transportation. It can also be used for compacting DMR waste.

Key Features

• The compaction chamber is lined with a heavy-duty waste sack (sold separately) to contain the material, reduce mess and package it for onward transportation
• The sack is fully protected during the compaction process to prevent splits or rips
• Simple controls for easy operation
• Can be sited inside or outside, but will need to be placed under a shelter
• Complies with BS EN 16500:2014 Safety Standards

• Reduces the overall volume of both wet and dry waste up to 6:1 helping to cut disposal costs and your carbon footprint
• Compacted waste is contained within a pallet-sized waste sack measuring approximately 1m³ ready for onward transportation. The weight of the filled sack will depend on the material contained within in.

Please note due to the size and shape of the bundles, a specialist waste collection service is required to collect the filled rubbish sacks. The height of the machine cannot be lowered for transportation or installation.

In a recent testing within a hospitality setting, the compactor was able to compress the equivalent of 15-20 1100 LTR bins of mixed general waste into a single 1m³ bundle.
