QCR Recycling Equipment (QCR) reaffirmed its position as a leading supplier of Cardboard Balers in the UK by exhibiting at the Resource & Waste Management Expo (RWM) 2025 held on 17th-18th September 2025 in Birmingham.

The organisers declared it was record-breaking show in 2025. The visitor stats shared on their website this week showed it was attended by over 14,000 professionals up from 9,222 attendees in 2024. The annual event brought together decision-makers from across the UK to discuss the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities in the waste and recycling sector.

For the QCR team the event serves as a vital platform for displaying our range of waste compaction solutions and connecting with both new and existing customers. The QCR machinery range consists of solutions for compacting cardboard, general waste, EPS, plastic and cans. QCR’s team including Sales Director Neil Holland met with lots of people throughout the two-day event, welcoming both familiar faces and new contacts to their stand in the ‘Plant, Machinery & Equipment’ sector.

The large stand featured a QCR Cardboard Baler and a bale made from cardboard. Also featured was the new QCR Solar Bin which is a solar-powered self-compacting litter bin. At the show the team connected with representatives from lots of local authorities and large businesses and organisations. Vistors to the stand were interested to find out how installing QCR’s equipment can help them to save money, time and space on waste disposal.

You can read more about QCR's appearance at the show here with pictures of the event shared on our social media channels. If you didn't attend the event you can meet the team by booking a appointment at your premises.
