food wasteWe spend a lot our time rooting around in other people’s bins.  No,  it’s not as glamorous as it sounds but it does mean that we know a fair bit about the amount of food waste being thrown away and this report suggesting that each hospitality outlet wastes £10,000 of food a year comes as no surprise.


The commercial implications of throwing way food aside,  this material is a valuable energy source.  If your business is producing more than a tonne of food waste per week  (or roughly two 1100l  bins) we might be able to help you turn that material into heating or cooling for your business.
