Area Sales Manager - South, Mid Wales and Herefordshire

Basic Salary: 18-24K; OTE in excess of 50K - includes car, phone, laptop

QCR are based in Gloucestershire with 4 distribution centres across England, we are a leading supplier of innovative and proven environmental equipment in the UK (waste balers, compactors and recycling equipment) and we now have an opportunity in South and Mid Wales including Herefordshire.

Selling nationally to a broad range of sectors through our successful and established client base, our customers are some of the best-known names in retail, leisure, healthcare, industry and logistics. We are able to support customer requirements with a variety of equipment to suit their individual needs.

About the Role:

Although this is a directly employed role,  our highest performers  view their sales role as a self-employed business opportunity without the risks running your own business.   You must have a passion for selling and helping your customers improve their business with our equipment.

We are a dynamic growing company that rewards hard work & successes. Opportunities to develop small, medium and National Account Business and attracting big commissions. Full support from administration and Sales Director level to Marketing, Service and existing Area Sales Manager support. We strive to ‘getting it right first time’ and focus on streamlining the sales process to maximise your time to increase new sales. Your portfolio will grow into a repeat order rental book within your geographical patch. Earnings are uncapped and we provide price match guarantees against like for like quotations.

You run the area like your own business with an excellent support team that will get you up to speed fast. Full training and some leads will be provided through existing database, internet, exhibitions and a formidable marketing team, which will compliment your proven cold calling B2B skills.
